How this checker works

We request one public page and examine the HTML it returns. Every website is checked against the same rules, including websites made with nith.

The full score uses the weight shown on each finding. Passed checks receive full credit, warnings receive half, and failed checks receive none. Checks that do not apply are excluded.

  • The scan checks one HTML response without executing JavaScript, downloading linked assets, or crawling other pages. A social preview image may be loaded separately after the report is ready.
  • The score is a weighted checklist: pass earns full weight, warning half, and fail zero. Not-applicable checks are excluded. It is not a search ranking, Lighthouse score, accessibility certification, or Core Web Vitals measurement.
  • robots.txt, sitemaps, search-engine indexing, backlinks, content quality, visual layout, and behavior after JavaScript runs are not tested.
  • Size, title length, script counts, and response time are diagnostic hints. They cannot establish real-user performance or whether a search engine will rank this page.
  • Every site uses the same checks and weights. The website platform, including nith, does not affect the score.
  • Social previews approximate the page’s declared metadata. Social platforms may crop, cache, replace, or omit content differently; these are not live screenshots from those platforms.

Use the findings as a starting point for a human review. A pass does not guarantee search visibility, accessibility compliance or an increase in traffic.

nith requests the public page you enter. No AI provider is involved, and reports are not saved to your account. Fair-use limits: 3 samples or 10 member checks per minute, with a shared network limit of 20 per minute.
