Organize prospects and sites
Use the agency overview to see the sites and client relationships you manage. Keep prospective work in the agency prospect board so it is distinct from an existing client's live site.
Website audits and brand reports can help assemble context for a prospect. Check the source website and report findings before using them in a proposal or generated site. AI and scan operations use available credits; stored reports and assets count toward storage.
Build from reviewed client context
Use the client's business information and approved assets when creating a site draft. Review the generated result in Studio and with the client before publishing. Free sites and paid managed sites remain separate choices.
The agency library can supply shared assets across managed work. The agency account pool covers its own sites, library and reports; separately owned client accounts keep their own allowances.
Agreements and billing
The agency workflow supports contracts and signatures. Review the agreement and the quoted sending cost before sending it. Invoices and recurring client plans require connected payments; processor and applicable platform transaction fees are separate.
Handoff and branding
Handing site ownership to a client removes agency access unless the new owner grants access again. Confirm the intended ownership and billing arrangement before handoff.
White-label is a separate agency subscription, subject to availability and eligibility. Eligible subscriptions can use supported dashboard branding and a verified sending domain. Check the current offer rather than assuming the add-on is on sale.
