Read the status before planning work
The current plans and features labels features as available, beta, limited or planned. Planned means the dedicated capability has not been built for general use. A related control elsewhere in nith does not establish a release date or a plan allowance for it.
Tenant newsletters
Tenant newsletters and a dedicated newsletter builder are planned. Their sending allowances, plan availability and release date are not set. Current lead-alert emails notify a team about enquiries and are a separate feature. The platform's own newsletter does not provide a tenant campaign tool.
Internal and external documentation
A dedicated internal documentation workspace and an external public help experience for tenants are planned. The existing basic document editor remains the current simple content tool. These platform guides explain nith itself; they do not create a knowledge base for each customer site.
Branded site senders
General paid-site branded sender setup is planned, with requirements still being defined. Eligible agencies already have a separate verified-domain capability through White-label. That agency capability does not provision outgoing senders for every client site, and an outgoing sender does not include a hosted inbox.
Check the catalogue and published releases again before committing a project to a planned feature. Continue using the available tools described in the other guides for work you need to complete now.
