Reviewed

Prepare basic booking

Choose the site and open its booking controls. Configure the supported appointment availability and the information a visitor needs to choose a time. Check that the public booking path describes the appointment accurately.

Preview the booking experience and verify the date and time shown to a visitor. Review a submitted booking in the dashboard so you understand how your team will follow it up.

The current booking implementation is basic. Calendar synchronization and automated reminders are not included. Plan the team's follow-up around the booking information actually available in the dashboard.

Publish an event

For an event page, provide the event name, date, time, location and useful description. Add an image where it helps visitors recognize the event. Review the public page and any listing that links to it.

If tickets are sold through another service, add the supported external ticket link and open it from the public page to verify the destination. Tickets are purchased through that linked service. Native ticket inventory and attendee checkout are not included in the event feature.

Keep changes visible

When an appointment offering or event changes, update the relevant public details and check them again. Do not assume a third-party ticket page or an external calendar changes when you edit the nith page.
