Prepare the form
Open the selected site's form controls and choose or create the form you want to show. Give it a clear purpose and ask for the information your team needs to respond. Review field labels and the visitor's next step after submission.
Connect the form to the appropriate page in Studio. Check that the page uses the intended site form and that the surrounding text accurately describes what happens when someone submits it.
Verify the lead path
Use a clearly identified test enquiry when checking your own setup. Open the lead board and verify that the submission reached the correct site and contains the fields you expected. Move the lead through the available stages as your team follows up.
Keep the lead's status current so another team member can understand whether it still needs attention. Access to forms and leads depends on the permissions assigned to each person.
Understand alerts
Lead-alert emails are measured per site and per calendar month. On a Free site, alerts stop at the allowance while the lead itself remains saved. Paid sites can have additional packs or billed overage according to the current settings.
An email alert is a notification, so the dashboard remains the place to check incoming work. Read Integrations and email for the limits of webhooks and branded sending.
