Organize and use your media

Add assets to the right library

Select the site before opening its media library. Upload the images and documents you intend to use, give them recognizable names and organize them with the available library controls. The files count toward the site's storage allowance.

Choose an existing asset when you need the same image again. Add alternative text that explains a meaningful image in the context where it appears. A decorative image should not repeat surrounding text as a description.

Create or revise an image

Image Studio can generate images and make supported AI edits from instructions and supplied images. Describe the subject, composition and intended use. Review the result for accuracy before adding it to a public page.

AI operations use credits, and the cost depends on the operation and model. Generated files also use storage. Check both the available credits and storage before beginning a batch of images.

Replace and remove carefully

An asset may be reused on several pages. Review its uses before replacing or removing it, then inspect the affected public content. Check image crops at different screen widths after a replacement.

When storage is running low, review the current usage view and the available options in Plans and billing. Extra packs and paid-account overage depend on the current configuration and eligibility.
