Prepare an article
Select the site and open its post editor. Write a clear title and body, assign the appropriate category and add images where they help explain the content. Review the article's metadata and social preview fields before publishing.
Check headings in order, confirm links, and add alternative text for meaningful images. Preview the article as a reader would see it. A good title in the editor still needs to fit the public layout at a narrow width.
Publish manually
Blog publishing is manual in the current implementation. Save the draft while you are working, then publish through the available controls when the content is ready and you have permission. Scheduled article publishing is not included.
After publishing, open the public article address and follow its links. Review the category or listing page as well as the article itself so visitors can find the new content.
Use the basic document editor
The existing document editor manages simple document content used by the site. Confirm the document's intended visibility before sharing it. A saved document and a public link are different states to review.
The planned internal and external documentation systems are separate products. These nith guides explain the platform; they do not turn the site's basic documents into a tenant knowledge base. Read Planned features for the current scope.
